Marking a Booking as Paid Manually
How to record an EFT or cash payment against a booking.
On the Calendar page, any booking with a pending payment shows a Mark as paid button. Use this once you've confirmed an EFT transfer landed in your account, or for a cash payment taken in person. This is only needed for EFT/manual payments — PayFast payments are marked paid automatically.
