Online booking for barbershops

Let clients book a cut without messaging you mid-fade. Allsorts Bookings gives your barbershop a live booking page, a calendar per barber, and deposits on the cuts that get no-showed.

What we hear from barbers

  • Clients WhatsApping for a slot while your hands are busy
  • Two barbers accepting the same time on separate phones
  • No-shows on a Saturday you could have filled twice over
  • Walk-ins and regulars with no record of who booked what

How Allsorts Bookings helps

Questions barbers ask

How much does a booking system for barbers cost in South Africa?

Allsorts Bookings is R89 a month for a single calendar, R179 for up to five staff calendars, and R349 for unlimited staff plus a custom domain. Prices are in Rand and billed in Rand — there is no exchange-rate surprise on the invoice. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial and no card is required to begin.

Can I take a deposit when a client books?

Yes. You can require a deposit or full payment before a slot is confirmed, taken through your own PayFast account or by EFT, so the money goes straight to you rather than sitting with us. Most barbershops use it on the services that get no-showed most, not on everything.

Can each barber have their own schedule?

Yes. Every barber gets their own availability, their own days off and their own calendar, and the booking page only shows a slot when that specific barber is genuinely free. On the R89 plan you get one calendar; five calendars is R179 a month and unlimited is R349.

What happens with walk-ins?

You can add a walk-in to the calendar yourself in a few taps, which blocks that time from the online booking page immediately. The booking page and your own diary are the same calendar, so they cannot disagree.

Is there a free version?

There is a 14-day free trial with every feature switched on and no card required. After that the lowest paid plan is R89 a month. We do not run a permanently free tier — a booking page that disappears or starts showing ads is worse for your clients than one that costs less than a single missed appointment.

Is it POPIA compliant?

Yes. Client data is stored in a way that meets South Africa's POPIA requirements — clients consent when they book, you can export or delete a client's data on request, and we do not sell or share it. There is a full explanation on our POPIA-compliant booking page.
