Can I take a deposit when a client books?
Yes. You can require a deposit or full payment before a slot is confirmed, taken through your own PayFast account or by EFT, so the money goes straight to you rather than sitting with us. Most groomers use it on the services that get no-showed most, not on everything.
Can I set different times for different dogs?
You set a duration per service rather than per dog, so a full groom can be three hours while a nail clip is fifteen minutes. Owners choose the service when they book and the calendar reserves the right amount of time.
Is there a free version?
