Can I take a deposit when a client books?
Yes. You can require a deposit or full payment before a slot is confirmed, taken through your own PayFast account or by EFT, so the money goes straight to you rather than sitting with us. Most spas use it on the services that get no-showed most, not on everything.
Can I stop treatments being booked back-to-back?
Yes. Set each treatment's real duration, including the turnaround you need afterwards, and the booking page will not offer the following slot until that time has passed.
Is there a free version?
There is a 14-day free trial with every feature switched on and no card required. After that the lowest paid plan is R89 a month. We do not run a permanently free tier — a booking page that disappears or starts showing ads is worse for your clients than one that costs less than a single missed appointment.
Is it POPIA compliant?
Yes. Client data is stored in a way that meets South Africa's POPIA requirements — clients consent when they book, you can export or delete a client's data on request, and we do not sell or share it. There is a full explanation on our POPIA-compliant booking page.
