Is patient data handled correctly under POPIA?
Yes. Patients give consent as part of booking, data is stored for your practice alone, you can export or delete a patient's record on request, and nothing is sold or shared. This is not a substitute for your own practice's POPIA policy, but the booking layer will not undermine it.
Can more than one practitioner share the system?
Yes. Up to five practitioners is R179 a month; unlimited is R349 and includes a custom domain so the booking page sits on your practice's own address.
Is there a free version?
There is a 14-day free trial with every feature switched on and no card required. After that the lowest paid plan is R89 a month.
