Online booking for nail techs and nail bars
Whether you work from a studio, a salon chair or from home, clients book a real slot instead of asking you when you are free.
What we hear from nail technicians
- ✕ DMs at eleven at night asking for a Saturday slot
- ✕ Fills and full sets given the same length in your diary
- ✕ Clients who book, do not arrive, and cost you the slot
- ✕ Working from home with no professional-looking way to take bookings

Questions nail technicians ask
How much does a booking system for nail technicians cost in South Africa?
Allsorts Bookings is R89 a month for a single calendar, R179 for up to five staff calendars, and R349 for unlimited staff plus a custom domain. Prices are in Rand and billed in Rand — there is no exchange-rate surprise on the invoice. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial and no card is required to begin.
Can I take a deposit when a client books?
Yes. You can require a deposit or full payment before a slot is confirmed, taken through your own PayFast account or by EFT, so the money goes straight to you rather than sitting with us. Most nail techs use it on the services that get no-showed most, not on everything.
Does this work if I am a one-person business?
Yes, and that is what the R89 plan is for — one calendar, every booking feature, R89 a month. You only move up a plan when you add a second person's calendar.
Is there a free version?
There is a 14-day free trial with every feature switched on and no card required. After that the lowest paid plan is R89 a month. We do not run a permanently free tier — a booking page that disappears or starts showing ads is worse for your clients than one that costs less than a single missed appointment.
Is it POPIA compliant?
Yes. Client data is stored in a way that meets South Africa's POPIA requirements — clients consent when they book, you can export or delete a client's data on request, and we do not sell or share it. There is a full explanation on our POPIA-compliant booking page.
